The 2026 DIN Conference brought together 90 delegates from across the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, France, Germany, Spain and Lithuania — the highest attendance in the event’s history.

Hosted at The Rembrandt, South Kensington, the two‑day programme combined thought‑provoking conference sessions, networking drinks, a formal dinner and a closing lunch.

This year’s theme, “Dairy 2026: Managing Through Chaos – Be Bold, Break Rank or Batten Down the Hatches?”, set the tone for a dynamic and future‑focused event.

Venue Finding: Reappointed The Rembrandt for the third consecutive year after initially sourcing it as the ideal location

Delegate Registration: Managed all pre-event registrations, invoicing and payment follow up

Full logistics coordination: Oversaw every operational detail from planning to onsite delivery and post‑event debrief

Delegate pack preparation: Produced professional conference packs for all attendees.

Budget Management: Controlled all financial planning and supplier costs Sponsorship

Coordination: Managed sponsor involvement for reception drinks, dinner drinks and the cheese board

Speaker Support: Arranged accommodation and liaised directly with all 15 speakers regarding presentations and AV

Accommodation management: Booked rooms for speakers, the organising team and delegates on request
