A Virtual Cotswold Wine and Cheese Experience

We were asked to provide a fun and interactive online social experience for our client and their 21 founders from the UK and Europe. Working in collaboration with two Cotswolds businesses, Woodchester Valley Vineyard and the Cotswold Cheese Company, we created and produced a luxury online wine and cheese tasting experience. Individual gift hampers were sent to all guests pre-event, each containing a branded menu and handwritten note.

Guests were introduced to three wonderful bottles of wine from Woodchester by our fabulous sommelier, Aaron, who guided them through a detailed and enjoyable tasting. Each wine was paired with one of the four gorgeous local cheeses, and delicious crackers and chutney added to the experience. To end, we hosted a fun and engaging quiz to test their knowledge!

This was one of our first forays into online events, and we are pleased to say it was a huge success and has since been replicated a number of times. Being able to celebrate fellow Cotswold businesses and add that personal Lucy Claire Events touch ensured a memorable event.
