Lucy Claire Events has supported Amundi with the venue finding for their staff Christmas parties since 2023, with bookings now secured through to 2026. Each year, the brief remains consistent: find a London venue close to their offices, with an all‑inclusive package suitable for a relaxed, standing‑reception style celebration.

Working closely with our client — the process begins early each year to ensure the venue and date are confirmed within the first few months. The format is familiar and well‑loved: an evening of drinks, bowl food, food stations, décor and a DJ, running from 6.30pm until late.

Over the years, the chosen venues have reflected the client’s preference for characterful, warehouse‑style spaces:

2023: Tanner Warehouse
2024: Kachette, Shoreditch
2025: Amazing Grace, London Bridge
2026: The Croc Bowling Alley at the Ham Yard Hotel, Soho

While the first three venues offered the raw, industrial feel the client enjoys, the 2026 event introduces something different — a modern, playful space within a 5‑star hotel, complete with a 1950s bowling alley and stylish lounge areas
