Kathryn is the voice behind Lucy Claire Events, bringing stories to life and keeping everyone in the loop. With her expertise in communications and public relations, she ensures our brand message is as polished as the events we create.

Giving Back to our Community is hugely important to us - reducing food waste is a MUST!

At Lucy Claire Events, we believe in creating not only exceptional events but also a positive impact on the world around us. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do, and I am personally committed to working with venues, chefs and food waste charities to champion eco-friendly practices and reduce food waste in the event industry.

I am at the beginning of a journey to minimise food waste at conferences and large-scale events as well as smaller parties, ensuring surplus food is either safely reused or redistributed to support food charities or working with venue chefs to provide only enough food for the event itself.

By integrating thoughtful planning and innovative solutions, we can deliver unforgettable experiences while actively contributing to a greener, more sustainable future. This mission isn’t just an initiative; it’s a promise to uphold our responsibility as event professionals and lead the way in sustainable event planning.

I am incredibly grateful to work with partners who share this vision, and I look forward to continuing to collaborate to make meaningful change.
