Lucy Claire Events partnered with a leading Norwegian events agency to deliver the UK arm of a spectacular three-day ‘English Adventure’ for 480 guests from a tech company based in Oslo. The brief: create an unforgettable weekend that blended quintessential British charm with seamless logistics across multiple towns.
The event spanned three hubs—Windsor, Henley, and Oxford—with guests arriving via four airports and staying across 11 hotels. Night one featured simultaneous BBQ parties in each town, followed by a Saturday packed with 25 curated activities. The highlight was an Edwardian Ball held at the University Museum of Natural History, with guests accommodated in three Oxford colleges. The weekend concluded with a grand finale at Oxford Town Hall before return airport transfers.
