An Evening of Recognition at BAFTA

Events Overview

A high-class awards event for 175–250 VIP guests, designed to feel cultured, contemporary, welcoming and memorable. 

Lucy Claire Events was engaged to source the ideal venue for a Top50 Awards Evening taking place in October. The brief focused on finding a space that felt contemporary, high quality and fitting for an evening centred around celebrating achievement. It was also essential that guests felt genuinely valued from the moment they arrived. 

BAFTA emerged as the perfect match. Its clean, modern design and well known reputation for hosting high standard events made it an excellent setting for a relaxed yet polished awards experience. 

The evening followed a clear and well paced structure: 

  • 6pm – Networking Reception: Guests arrived at a champagne and canapés reception, enjoying time to connect in a comfortable and stylish environment. 
  • 7pm – Awards Presentation: A specialist AV company delivered a smooth, impactful presentation that elevated the ceremony without feeling over-the-top. 
  • 7.30–9.30pm – Continued Networking: More substantial food was served as guests continued to mingle and celebrate the award winners. 

The overall atmosphere was warm, professional and thoughtfully put together — exactly what the client had hoped for.
