A three‑day founders retreat for 24 guests, combining coaching, reflection and time in nature at Mas Salagros EcoResort.

Lucy Claire Events supported Founder Coach with venue finding and full event management for their September 2025 founders retreat, titled “The Barcelona Intensive.” The aim was to create a space where founders could step back from day‑to‑day pressures and focus on personal and professional development in a peaceful, natural setting.

Mas Salagros EcoResort — located in the hills one hour north of Barcelona — provided the ideal environment. Guests arrived on Wednesday afternoon and stayed until after lunch on Friday, with a schedule that balanced structured workshops with restorative activities.

Across the three days, the group took part in a series of coaching sessions supported by optional morning wellness activities and time outdoors. The retreat encouraged reflection, connection and a slower pace, all set against the backdrop of the surrounding Serralada Litoral Natural Park.

Services Delivered

Venue Finding: Identified Mas Salagros as the ideal retreat location and managed all venue liaison.

Full Event Management: Oversaw planning, scheduling and on‑site coordination across the three days.

Activity Coordination: Arranged yoga, a sound bath experience and the guided hike.

Guest Experience Support: Purchased Spanish snacks and drinks for welcome bags and supplied refreshments for the hike.

Logistics & On-site Support: Ensured smooth delivery of meals, activities and workshop spaces.

Budget Oversight: Managing financial planning across all event elements
