Events Overview
Lucy Claire Events was invited to oversee the evening festivities for a private family celebration at a residence in Oxford, marking birthdays and a wedding anniversary for 300 guests. With a brief focused on on-site management, our role was to ensure the event ran seamlessly from setup to sunrise.
Guests arrived at a beautifully styled marquee and outdoor space, with drinks by the pool setting the tone for the evening. A seated dinner in the ‘Moroccan Bedouin’ marquee followed, complete with heartfelt speeches, a showstopping birthday cake, and vibrant entertainment—including an ABBA tribute band and a silent disco that kept the party going until 6am.
