Lucy Claire Events was commissioned to design and deliver a spectacular four-day 60th birthday celebration for an American client at Villa Cordevigo—a 38-bedroom Relais & Châteaux hotel nestled between Verona and Lake Garda. With additional guests staying at three nearby hotels, the event welcomed 115 attendees for a weekend of elegance, entertainment and Italian charm.
Each evening featured a distinct dining experience in a different part of the villa’s grounds, culminating in a gala-style White Party on Saturday night. Guests enjoyed curated activities throughout the weekend, from wine tasting and cookery classes to opera in Verona, with flexible transport and on-demand excursions available.
Lucy Claire Events was appointed to produce the inaugural Bangladesh Growth Summit—an exclusive event designed to position Bangladesh as a compelling global investment destination. Hosted at the five-star Langham London, the summit welcomed 130 VIP guests, including global investment executives, a UK Member of Parliament, and the International Affairs Advisor to the Prime Minister of Bangladesh.
The brief called for a sophisticated setting with a private entrance, seamless AV and premium catering. Following the summit, guests enjoyed a drinks reception accompanied by a classic jazz trio, creating an elegant atmosphere for networking and celebration.
Venue Finding – Conducting a pan-European search across Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland and Scotland to find the perfect setting.
Concept Design – Crafting a progressive dinner journey, from relaxed BBQ to formal gala, each with its own atmosphere and styling.
Guest Communications – Designing and managing a bespoke event website to streamline information and updates.
Full Event Management – Overseeing all planning, logistics and on-site delivery across four days. Supplier Coordination – Collaborating with Italian partners to deliver AV, floristry, entertainment and activities—navigating language barriers with ease.
Transport Management – Coordinating a fleet of 10 six-seater vehicles for airport transfers and guest excursions.
Budget Oversight – Managing financial planning across all event elements.
Videography & Photography – Coordinating two videographers and one photographer, including post-event film editing.
